Here at Friends Day Nursery, we have a devoted team of staff here is what Ofsted had to say:

Baby Room - Babies enjoy heuristic play, where they excitedly explore a range of materials.

Toddler Room - Toddlers develop good social skills. They learn to share with one another, take turns and play cooperatively.

Pre School - The Quality of teaching and learning is good. The children are very happy and settled in the nursery.

Management - The daily routine is organised effectively to meet the needs of the children. Parents are fully involved in their childrens assessments.

 

 

At Friends Forest School we know all about taking advantage of the learning opportunities the great outdoors can offer. We are the first Nursery Forest School in Surrey, thanks to getting agreement from local landowners and training with the Wildlife Trust. The philosophy behind Forest Schools is to encourage and inspire individuals of any age through positive outdoor experiences.

There are key elements that make Forest Schools different to simply going outdoors.
